14 September 2006 --- Honda Motor Europe Ltd today announced the eagerly awaited new Civic Type R, the successor to a model whose unique blend of affordability, exhilarating driving characteristics and everyday usability resulted in sales that exceeded all expectations.

There will be different levels of equipment available, ranging from a fully equipped car to one that even has the rear parcel shelf removed. With these variants, the new Civic Type R therefore looks set to endear itself to a whole new wave of enthusiasts and to repeat the cult success of the first ‘CTR’ which exceeded all sales predictions. The new Civic Type R will receive its international show debut in Paris during September and sales are expected to begin in 2007.

A L Racing Honda S2000 2005

(from Honda Press Release) Import Drag Racing legend Adam Saruwatari and his A&L Racing team joined with Honda Factory Performance and key aftermarket partners to produce this great-looking S2000. Under the hood, performance is enhanced through the addition of a Comptech supercharger, a Comptech liquid to air charge air cooler and a custom Modula stainless steel exhaust. Components from Koni, Eibach, Comptech and Brembo beef up the suspension. Exterior modifications are highlighted by a Honda Factory Performance rear wing with Intense Motorsports carbon fiber treatment, while inside, Sparco seats, a Sparco steering wheel and Honda Factory Performance shift knob give the S2000 a high performance edge.
